I am a skeptic of any of these supposed "easy" tests for allergies. I cannot think of a way that it could provide useful information beyond adequacy of nutrition and drug exposures which are accepted uses. The theory behind them is weak at best. Professional allergists do not use them or consider them worthwhile.
