Unaware: I am not aware of this connection. Flaky scalp however can be caused by many things including seborrhea, psoriasis, dry skin etc.

Many causes: I would suggest avoiding these foods for two weeks and reassess the condition of your skin at that time. Topical products are available at your pharmacy for dry scalp and flaking which can be tried after the two week period or beforehand.

See a dermatologist: What you describe is never related to meat, milk, or any food at all. Scaly scalp and hair loss is not an indication for any allergy testing. A skin specialist will help you. Meanwhile you can try a dandruff shampoo every day. Head & shoulders, selsun, Nizoral, (ketoconazole) T-Sal, DHS, etc, are readily available.
