It is impossible to estimate this without seeing your blood work. The Doctor Who drew the original blood test should be able to tell you what the initial amount of thyroid medication you should take it should be and they will need to monitor it and adjust it according to what they find down the road. Would suggest caution in getting medical advise. A lab value is never enough to establish treatment, many times not even a diagnosis. Make sure you have follow up with your primary care doc ( establish with one if you do not have one), that will give you the best chance to have proper treatment for your medical condition.
