A member asked:

Who are transpeople how they are different from other people can anybody explain the definition of transpeople in a very much simple words whom we called transmen and transwomen and how transmen get pregnant as men don't have egg explain please?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Trans people just don't accept the gender they were born with. Just not believing their biological gender does not change it. They embrace the identity opposite from their chromosomal sex. If they have surgery to remove the gender defining body parts, they remain & a trans man may get pregnant, a trans woman may "father" a baby. Remove the parts & they are sterile.
