Trans people just don't accept the gender they were born with. Just not believing their biological gender does not change it. They embrace the identity opposite from their chromosomal sex. If they have surgery to remove the gender defining body parts, they remain & a trans man may get pregnant, a trans woman may "father" a baby. Remove the parts & they are sterile.
