Its been months that am having left rib pain and i never had any accident or fracture. breathing or doing some movement i feel the pain( i just have a chronic rhinitis allergy. so what can you advice me?

Please have an evaluation. A chest image may be helpful. The lining of the lung may be inflamed. Applying local heat is often effective for chest wall musculoskeletal pain. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and dizziness. A Healthtap consult is available.
