Ive read syph trep tests can be false negative in immunosuppression, heavy drinking is immunosuppressive, can it cause multiple false negative trep tests? or is it a different type of immunosuppressive?

You have found false information online or you are misinterpreting what you have found. Nothing makes syphilis blood tests false negative, including potent immunosuppressive drugs. Alcohol does not do so. If you have had negative screening tests for syphilis (e.g. RPR, VDRL, EIA test, etc), then for sure you do not have it; do not need treponemal tests; and if done, they will also be negative.
