This is not normal: You need to see your doctor. The leaking could be caused by several factors. It should be addressed by your surgeon.

See your doctor: Leaking urine could be as a result of the healing after your hysterectomy. It could also be due to loss of pelvic support. It could also be a symptom of a complication with the surgery. You should see your doctor to evaluate this. Your doctor may order additional bladder testing.
