I'm on track team i trian everyday but the arch of my foot has been hurting recently, is it just sore, what r some treatments for it, no flatfoot too?

Arch pain : Try ice, massage and pain creams to start. Could be your track shoes need replacement and are you a pronator? Track orthotics could be your answer.

Rest: A period of rest may help too. However, a diagnosis will be most helpful. This may be a stress injury, accessory navicular pain, or caused by an abnormal connection between the hindfoot bones or something else. See your doc if a few weeks of Ibuprofen and rest don't make it better.
