Why do i do for a sore pain in the center of the ball of my foot that is going into my? i don't have diabetes or flat feet.

Metatarsalgia: Most likely, if the pain is under the second metatarsal bone. Important to wear a comfortable soft flat shoe. A cortisone injection in the area will jumpstart the healing process.

Many possible causes: Your pain could be as a result of many different things. A thorough history and physical exam and possibly some laboratory and radiology exams are needed to determine the exact cause. Causes of pain may include: trauma (fracture, sprain, arthritis), infection, metabolic conditions (gout), musculoskeletal or biomechanical abnormality and neurologic conditions (neuropathy).
