Not sure what your question is. You dog's paws have been everywhere, and they may have introduced pathogens into your gingiva. You may need an antibiotic to prevent further issues.

You now have trauma (scratch) combine4d with infection (gingivitis). Please seen your Dentist. Gingivitis has been implicated in many other organ system problems. Most recently associated with numerous brain micro-bleeds presaging stroke.
