I was playing with my dog and then he scratched me with his claw in my gums and now its bleeding and it the area is turning very dark compared to the other areas and i have slight gingivitis?

Not sure what your question is. You dog's paws have been everywhere, and they may have introduced pathogens into your gingiva. You may need an antibiotic to prevent further issues.
