I've had gingivitis for 5 months and my gums stopped bleeding about 2 or 3 months ago. will my gum tissue recover?

Gingivitis: Gingivitis ican heal, it it can also reoccur if you discontinue your good oral hygiene habits and allow the bacteria to build up again. Keep up with your brushing, flossing and regular dental care.
