Got hit in my lower abdomen by my 1 1/2 year old baby and the kick was pretty strong because i screamed. have been in pain the whole night and also today despite taking 2 or 3 time tylenol. i even had a fever. am i in danger of anything?

If there is no vaginal bleeding or bloody urine, you should be fine. Pain should ease up and resolve in a day or two. It is okay to take tylenol as needed for another day.

This kind of hit would not cause a fever, so it's probably 2 different things going on. If the pain doesn't subside or worsens, I would recommend calling your doctor, or if much worse, be seen in the emergency room.
