Allergies can develop later in life;this is not really a common allergy symptom from dairy products,but is possible.It could be exposure to something else that you are eating or in your environment at the same time.Try not having those food items,but eating/drinking other things in the same place where you have been sneezing.If no sneezing,then reintroduce to see if returns.Call your doctor also

This is not the usual way that a food allergy would present, but it is possible. I would keep track of when it happens in relationship to dairy and two other foods that you eat with it, and set up a follow up visit with your primary care doctor to discuss this. Good luck.
