Ct scan with contrast. looking for pe. didn't find one. however i have copd. this was found chronic bilateral hilar nodal prominence. what i want to know is there any follow up tests that should be done or are more tests not necessary?

Follow up with a pulmonary specialist will be needed. Depending on the actual size and dynamics of the hilar prominences, surveillance imaging might be needed and that will be discussed along with treatment for your COPD.
