Adrenal mass: :Can be adenoma, myelolipoma, cyst, lipoma, pheochromocytoma, adrenal cancer, metastatic cancer, hyperplasia, and tuberculosis . More than half of are benign/ hyperfunctioning adenomas need evaluation . Pheochromocytomas are associated with hypertension. rarely could be a cancer but that is in less than half the cases. f/u w/doc

CT-No masses, nodules, effusion or infiltrate. Evaluation of the lungs reveals mild nonspecific dependent changes posteriorly in the lower lobes with mild interlobular changes not excluded. What does that indicate? Does that mean pleural thickening?
