Had a ct scan done said i have calcified granulomas bilateral hilar and and a subcarnial lymph node prominence pulm artery..should i be concerned?

Abnormal CT scan: The lymph nodes could be concerning for underlying pulmonary issues ??? TB or other types of infections. Why was the CT done?? - I would circle back with whoever ordered the test - The pulm artery finding doesn't seem worrisome. But the lymph node issue needs further investigation
