It would be helpful to get a urinalysis when the urine is cloudy-a clean catch specimen would be best. That would give you an answer as to what the abnormality is that is causing cloudy urine. An infection would not come and go throughout the day. Perhaps it is related to your fluid intake-dilute urine looks different than concentrated urine. If it continues, see your doctor for a urine test.

color of urine can be affected by concentration and other things- infection, phosphate, alkalinity etc. Drink plenty of water and if taking too much leafy veg. reduce a bit. If it persists see a doc and get a Urine exam.
