Color of urine depends on many things. Clear or transparent urine is a sign of good hydration or 'dilute' urine and is normal if you are well hydrated

The coffee acts on your kidneys to put out more urine and since you had enough fluid it was able to put out enough of the water to look as you saw. If it stops after the effect of the coffee then there no need to be concerned.
