I don’t know, but my thoughts are as follows. Ask ENT how much bone has to be removed. Also, weigh your options. Do you want to go through three different procedures. Generally, in performing surgical procedures, surgeons want to be as least invasive as possible. So, understand that some bone might need to be removed to resolve your issues.
