Are you sure you tested positive for 13 HPV types? With a PCR test from the genital or anal area? That would be exceedingly rare. Maybe tested for 13 types with up to a few positive? Or if this was a blood test, positive results detect both current and past infection. Even then, 13 is unusual and probably some of the positive results probably are false. Discuss with the doctor who ordered the test
