40yr old, no known symptoms. i have an mri next week to look at renal complexcyst found on ct scan. the urology dr i am seeing did say he wasnt overly concerned but wanted to follow up with more imaging. being he isnt too concerned what could it be?

Unfortunately, knowledge and experience are not enough for us when dealing with malpractice suit. So your urologist even knows that complex cyst is less likely malignant he still has to have the MRI done, mainly for liability. So you should not worry much per his advice and MRI result will erase any doubt.
