Reasonable F/U...: Either one should be sufficient for evaluation after suspecting cystic lesion in kidneys of children, which can be categorized with bosniak system. After that, no further ct or MRI is needed but annual renal us in 1 yr for 1-2 times. If stable and asymptomatic with normal us, further study is usually unnecessary. Of course, beware of unwanted radiation to the children.
