This is an unusual description from a CT scan, but assuming it is accurate it is unlikely an urgent problem. It really depends on what if any symptoms are present and if there are any other associated findings. You don't indicate why the CT scan was done. The fact that you have access to the report suggests the physician reviewed it and signed off, but call the office to confirm that.
