This depends on what: you mean by post cardiac. Did the patient have cardiac surgery? Myocardial infarction? cardiac infections? Arrhythmia treatments. If you are concerned it would be best to have the patient evaluated by her health care providers rather than relying on the internet where we have limited information and no ability to examine the patient.
