You are probably allergic to an ingredient of this nasal inhaler although it is used for allergic rhinitis. I can't rule out the possibility of allergic to azelastine, the main chemical ingredient. You should irrigate your nose with saline or fresh water for getting rid of any residual. If you want you can try steroid nasal inhaler, flonase or nasonex, after nasal irrigation. Good luck.
