Ive been getting off and on pain about one inch to the left of my belly button for about 2.5 hours now. notice it more when standing or walking. what could be reasoning? am in amox for strep right now and due for my period any day now also?

More description of this discomfort is needed in order to advise you. A possible cause is intestinal irritation from the antibiotic. It could be muscular or there may be a small umbilical hernia. If pain persists or worsens,especially if there's associated tenderness, get examined & advised by a physician.
