A member asked:

Is mild renal fullness without hydronephrosis a possible indication of lupus nephritis or is it a "normal" finding?

It is difficult to determine the significance of a finding of “renal fullness” in this setting. You need to have the rest of the results of the ultrasound and a good history and physical exam done by a nephrologist to get a better handle on any effect that Lupus may be having on your kidneys. Good luck.
