9 nodules on hetero thyroid, 1 fna benign 3.7cm no diagnosis on cause. a lot of anxiety worried its from bacterial infection long ago, im scared, doc jst said follow up in 1 yr, what can i test for? hashi? graves? t4+tsh+pth is still in range?

Bacterial infection has nothing to do with your multinodular goiter. Thyroid function test results are normal as well as benign biopsy result of the big nodule so you have nothing to worry, just stay with one year follow up. Take care!
