I received an electrical surge through my motorola phone - it went up my right arm, through my mouth down to my pacemaker. the pacemaker was out of wack for a few days. does anyone track these incidents?

I don’t know. More importantly, how are you feeling? Did you contact your Physician. I certainly would get pacemaker evaluated.
