May not be related: Depending on where your pacemaker is placed and how long ago, and whether chest or arm motion affects the symptoms, the pacemaker may or may not be related to your symptoms. The symptoms may be musculoskeletal or related to a primary neck problem, but you should talk to your doctor and/or the implanting cardiologist and have them confirm or deny the relationship.
