Last night i had severe pain in the lower right side of my abdomen and it hurt to the touch and when i moved and i also have back right side flank pain and temp 100 but today the pain is less severe and only really hurts to touch could it be appendix?

This pain is unlikely due to appendicitis which should be worse by now, not less, and other symptoms also occur such as nausea/vomit ... However, due to the presence of fever, some other conditions should be included in the differential diagnosis such as pelvic inflammatory disease or urinary infection. You should visit urgent care if fever spikes with chill, other GI or urinary symptoms develop.

You need to see a doc for proper diagnosis.
