Go to ER or other MD: With this presentation, you will need to see a physician asap with the resources of having an ultrasound to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. While it may be other causes, including appendicitis, kidney stone, urinary tract infection, diverticulitis, the most life-threatening problem would be bleeding from a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. Call your OB to be seen immediately or go to er.
