Gastroenteritis: Gastroenteritis aka stomach flu can cause nausea & vomiting. But so can food poisoning. Try to stay hydrated. Go see your family doc if this persists. Don't allow yourself to get dehydrated and feel weak, light-headed, faint, etc.
