Withdrawal HA: Hi Cynthia, headaches are not uncommon when coming off any medication. Propranolol is no exception. At your age, were you taking for migraine? Rebound symptoms can happen. Your doctor obviously wanted to limit the effects, so he had you taper off. If related to withdrawal, it should take a week or two off the medication for symptoms to subside. Hope that helps.
