I have a bakers cyst behind my knee and i need to know what to do for the pain. can't take nsaids?

In addition to resting your knee & applying cold compresses 20 mins several times a day, taking NSAIDs should help reduce pain. Injection of corticosteroids or surgery are other treatment options. An orthopedic surgeon is best to evaluate & advise you. Arthritis is the usual cause of Baker's formation & is also treated.
