I have a lump on my tendon behind me knee that is movable and about an inch or smaller in size. im scared its a tumor, everything i read says bakers cyst are in the hollow part of the back of knee.. are there any other cysts that it could be?

Yes: Cysts can form from the synovial lining of tendon sheaths. A common site for such cysts is the wrist. It would be prudent to see a rheumatologist.
