I very rarely have an appetite. when i do eat i am always a little uncomfortable afterwards and my stomach will feel tight. my stomach literally struggles to digest most things. could it be my sjogrens causing the discomfort while digesting?

Your symptom is not a typical symptom of Sjogren' s syndrome but systemic sclerosis which is somewhat close to to sjogren may cause your stomach symptoms. You should discuss with your doctor and ask for a GI referral. Good luck!

Sjogren’s syndrome does not usually caused these kind of gastrointestinal symptoms. It is possible that they may be due to irritable bowel syndrome, but there could be other issues present. I would recommend that you see a gastroenterologist for further evaluation. Good luck.
