Male 26. i have discomfort on my lower left side and upper right side. my stomach feels tight and it can be uncomfortable to lay on my side when i sleep. the discomfort moves sometimes. i have slight nasuea sometimes but it goes away rather quickly?

It would be unusual to have inflammation occurring simultaneously in both abdominal areas. Do you have an bowel symptoms or digestive problems? Irritable bowel syndrome is a possibility. If these are recurring symptoms consult your physician or a gastroenterologist for evaluation & advice. Appropriate testing will be ordered.
