Gud day...may i asked what's the meaning of apico /spot?no definite active lung infiltrates seen in the projection taken?

I am not sure if the phrase apico/spot is correct. Whatever it is, you are fine if there is no lung infiltrate seen in that projection. The recommended position for chest X-ray to identify the infiltrate in the lung apex is called apicolordotic view (projection).
