Of course: Do not know what caused the cough or what the meaning of the 2 spots are. Do you have tuberculosis which is an infectious disease curable by a prolonged course (9 months) of antibiotics OR do you have a lung cancer? Only your doc knows for sure. This is info that you can't find out on a website. You have to talk with your doc face to face!
