When you're having an outbreak, wash your hands while changing diapers or otherwise in close contact wit the baby, and do not kiss the baby. Otherwise no worries. Oral herpes (cold sores) is not transmitted by breathing; that's never a risk. Oral herpes in a parent never results in genital (or "bottom") herpes in a child.
