My question is i had angiography in 2011 now my heart pumping is ok but in trademill report is positive dr suggest me for angiography so can i do again angiography last time my report is normal no blockage i have just pain shoulder up side?

Progression has happened during that period of more than 10 years. If treadmill stress test is positive, repeat coronary angiogram is reasonable although you do not have a typical chest pain. So if you have risk factors for CAD such as smoking, diabetes mellitus & hyperlipidemia, you should go for it if there is no contraindication. If you are still hesitated, I suggest a nuclear stress test.
