Frozen shoulder: Frozen shoulder is not uncommon following such surgery. Physical therapy and exercises to mobilize the shoulder can take months to be successful. Sometimes mobilizing the shoulder under anesthesia is necessary. If you haven't been seeing Physical Therapy or a Physical Medicine Dr. that would be the first step.
