Both of these medications cause sedation and can decrease your breathing while you sleep. You probably should not take these together. I don’t know the doses you are taking so I don’t know if it is safe to take them 3 hours apart. Perhaps you should only take one of them at night to sleep. See your doctor for insomnia treatment. Balanced activities during the day with at least some physical activity, ideally outdoors, no tv or computer before bed time, light dinner hours before bed time, avoiding or reducing coffee and alcohol are only few suggested changes. Nights mirror our days and they are not all meant to be the same. Not a good combo, no medicine safe to rely on for sleep in the long run.
