I have a varicose vein on left side of penis. it's twisted and curved in entire length. i've bruised it. 1/3rd of the vein seems discolored and pains at night, and rest is ok but still twisted. what can i do? it's been 12 days and not getting better?

Time to see a urologist. There is disagreement on whether varicose veins can occur on the penis. That said, penile vein injuries can occur and the cause of the pain needs to be evaluated. Since it does not seem to be getting better, a visual/physical exam and potentially may determine the next step.
