All of this warrants an evaluation by a cardiologist. You may have a significant coronary artery blockage to cause the reversible defect on stress testing. All 4 heart valves appear abnormal. Your right ventricle is weakened. You have worrisome & high grade ventricular irritability (probably causing the palpitations) which needs treatment. A cardiology electrophysiologist is best to evaluate this

I have PACS and PVCS that are <1%. I also have recae to mild regurgitation of Tricuspid, pulmonic and mitral valve. My last echocardiogram was June of 2019 do I need another one?
