Please have an immediate medical evaluation. A high white blood cell count is not typical for a ruptured ovarian cyst, it is concerning for infection.

Maybe: Did you ask the GYN MD who diagnosed the ruptured ovarian cyst and elevated white blood cell count? If not, then that is the first place to start for your answer and you can then be reexamined for the other medical issues that are described in your question.
