There are two medications approved by the FDA for low sex-drive in pre-menopausal women - Flibanserin and Bremelanotide. Heart disease is a relative contraindication for bremelanotide. You may want to discuss this issue with your PCP or gynecologist as there are a number of off-label prescription medications that are frequently used for this issue.
