Hello, i want to change my baby's formula from similac to morinaga bf. she does not breastfeed at all. she sometimes faces colic pains as well. is it ok to change? she is currently on cow milk at home?

The post has unanswered questions. How old ? Why is the kid on whole milk if the milk protein is identical to Simalac? Any FDA approved formula is better than cow milk for small infants. A formula that is hydrolyzed may be better tolerated. The formulas that you indicated are milk based and similar. Monitor weight gain and please follow up with your Pediatrician. Watch for signs of vomiting and poor weight gain.
