HIV probably has never been transmitted by mouth-nipple contact. Even a little blood in the mouth is not a significant risk for HIV. You will never get HIV sexually until and unless you have unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse.

A lactating breast can transfer HIV to a child. If you had unprotected sex with her and she has bleeding gums and you kissed, all the above can contribute transfer a blood to blood condition that could cause a positive HIV result. Safe sex leads to a safe outcome.
